Horizontal Bamboo Flooring

Horizontal Bamboo Flooring is a highly popular style of bamboo. In horizontal flooring, strips from bamboo are processed together with the widest side facing up. This hence derives the name "Horizontal". The bamboo grains created from when the strips are joined together create a very charismatic feel that accentuates and shows the nodes found in an actual bamboo stalk.

The strength of horizontal flooring is very high due to the three layers of solid bamboo found the floorboards. The middle layer, or more commonly known as the crossbond layer is a layer opposing bamboo that increases the strength of the horizontal board.
